Freshest sushi I have had in Issaquah at Japan Ginger. The omakase was an incredible value. Chef clearly sources quality fish and the presentation was beautiful.

The ramen at Japan Ginger is the best in Issaquah. Rich tonkotsu broth that has been simmering all day, perfect soft-boiled egg, and tender chashu pork. Worth every penny.

Went for happy hour at Japan Ginger and the half-price rolls were exceptional. The spicy tuna crunch roll is a must. Great sake selection and knowledgeable staff.

Solid Japanese food at Japan Ginger. The bento lunch special is great value and the miso soup is excellent. Sushi rolls are fresh and generously portioned.

Best kept secret in Issaquah for Japanese food. Japan Ginger does not cut corners on ingredients and the attention to detail shows in every dish. Try the chirashi bowl.
