Our studio offers classes for all levels including Vinyasa flow, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Hot yoga, Ashtanga, Prenatal, and meditation. Classes are led by certified instructors who provide modifications for beginners and challenges for advanced practitioners. First class is free for new students. Monthly unlimited memberships, class packs, and drop-in rates available. Private sessions and corporate wellness programs offered. Kula Yoga does community-style vinyasa with pay-what-you-wish donation classes on Sundays. Regular classes are $25 drop-in, $200/month unlimited. The teachers emphasize accessibility and joy. Tribeca space has beautiful natural light. The Saturday morning flow and brunch at a nearby cafe is my weekly ritual.
