Little Chefs, Big Change is a nonprofit organization dedicated to teaching kids from underserved communities how to cook healthy, plant-based meals. Through hands-on cooking classes, children discover a love for vegetables, legumes, and whole grains, while learning lifelong cooking skills. The program aims to fight food system inequalities, challenge picky eating habits, and empower children as agents of change. They offer on-site and virtual cooking classes that are engaging, informative, and fun, partnering with schools and communities to increase access to healthy foods. Their mission is to ensure every child has the skills to prepare nutritious meals and make informed food choices.
