Solid Japanese food at Mikata Japanese Grill & Sushi. The bento lunch special is great value and the miso soup is excellent. Sushi rolls are fresh and generously portioned.

Best kept secret in Knoxville for Japanese food. Mikata Japanese Grill & Sushi does not cut corners on ingredients and the attention to detail shows in every dish. Try the chirashi bowl.

Freshest sushi I have had in Knoxville at Mikata Japanese Grill & Sushi. The omakase was an incredible value. Chef clearly sources quality fish and the presentation was beautiful.

The ramen at Mikata Japanese Grill & Sushi is the best in Knoxville. Rich tonkotsu broth that has been simmering all day, perfect soft-boiled egg, and tender chashu pork. Worth every penny.

Went for happy hour at Mikata Japanese Grill & Sushi and the half-price rolls were exceptional. The spicy tuna crunch roll is a must. Great sake selection and knowledgeable staff.
