The eggs benedict at Sunspot is the best in Knoxville. Perfect hollandaise, thick-cut Canadian bacon, and the English muffin is toasted just right. Worth the weekend wait.

Sunspot does pancakes better than anyone in Knoxville. Thick, fluffy, and the berry compote is housemade. The coffee is locally roasted and the service is warm and cheerful.

The breakfast burrito at Sunspot is massive and loaded with scrambled eggs, chorizo, peppers, and cheese. The green chile sauce on top is incredible. Best breakfast value in Knoxville.
