The brisket at McGraw's Outlaw BBQ Co is smoked low and slow for 18 hours and it shows. Perfect bark, incredible smoke ring, and melts in your mouth. Best BBQ in Happy Valley period.

Ribs at McGraw's Outlaw BBQ Co fall off the bone but still have the right amount of chew. The housemade sauce is tangy and sweet. Get there early because they sell out by 2pm most days.

Tried the BBQ sampler at McGraw's Outlaw BBQ Co and every meat was cooked to perfection. The pulled pork was juicy, the sausage had a great snap, and the sides are incredible. Worth the wait in Happy Valley.

McGraw's Outlaw BBQ Co is our tailgate and family gathering BBQ spot in Happy Valley. They do large orders with notice and the meat is always consistent. The burnt ends are a must-order.

Good BBQ spot in Happy Valley. McGraw's Outlaw BBQ Co has solid brisket and the mac and cheese side is creamy and delicious. Friendly staff and a no-frills atmosphere that fits the food perfectly.

Locals-only secret for BBQ in Happy Valley. McGraw's Outlaw BBQ Co does not advertise much but word of mouth keeps them packed. The beef ribs on weekends are extraordinary.
