The pad see ew at Noodle Boat Thai Cuisine is perfectly charred with wok hei and the portions are generous. Best Thai in Issaquah and the prices are very reasonable for the quality.

Noodle Boat Thai Cuisine makes the best green curry in Issaquah. Coconut milk broth with just the right heat, fresh vegetables, and the rice soaks up every bit of sauce. Absolutely fantastic.

Family Thai dinner at Noodle Boat Thai Cuisine every Friday night. The kids love the pad thai and the adults love the drunken noodles. Consistent quality and the staff treats us like regulars.

Good Thai food at Noodle Boat Thai Cuisine. The massaman curry is rich and hearty. A bit of a wait on weekends but worth it. The iced Thai tea is the perfect finish to the meal.

Noodle Boat Thai Cuisine is a find in Issaquah. The owners are from Chiang Mai and the Northern Thai dishes on the menu are not found anywhere else locally. The khao soi is extraordinary.
