Got quotes from 4 companies for a new system. Orbit Heating and Cooling wasnt cheapest but they were the only ones who properly sized the unit for our square footage instead of just replacing same-for-same. That matters.

AC went out in July which is basically an emergency in Portland. Orbit Heating and Cooling had someone here next morning. Capacitor was shot - $247 total with the part. Fair deal.
