What I appreciate most is they do not try to sell you things you do not need. Honest assessment, fair price, quality work. That is the whole formula and they have it down.
Response from Specialty Heating & Cooling LLC
What a wonderful review! We are honored to have earned your loyalty and look forward to serving you for years to come.

Our 15 year old AC finally gave up. Got 3 quotes and Specialty Heating & Cooling LLC was in the middle price-wise but seemed the most knowledgeable. New system runs quiet and our electric bill dropped $40/month.

Weird burning smell coming from the vents when heat kicked on. Turned out to be dust buildup on the heat strips from the AC season. They cleaned it all out. Easy fix but scary smell.

This was our second project with them and they nailed it again. Consistent quality, no games with pricing, and they clean up after themselves. That third point alone puts them above most.

We called multiple companies and they were the only ones who could come out the same week. Glad we went with them because the work quality was excellent and the price was fair.
