The ramen at Sapporo Japanese Restaurant is the best in Fort Wayne. Rich tonkotsu broth that has been simmering all day, perfect soft-boiled egg, and tender chashu pork. Worth every penny.

Went for happy hour at Sapporo Japanese Restaurant and the half-price rolls were exceptional. The spicy tuna crunch roll is a must. Great sake selection and knowledgeable staff.

Special occasion dinner at Sapporo Japanese Restaurant was perfect. The wagyu nigiri melted in my mouth and the Japanese whisky selection is impressive. Worth every dollar for a special night.

Solid Japanese food at Sapporo Japanese Restaurant. The bento lunch special is great value and the miso soup is excellent. Sushi rolls are fresh and generously portioned.

Best kept secret in Fort Wayne for Japanese food. Sapporo Japanese Restaurant does not cut corners on ingredients and the attention to detail shows in every dish. Try the chirashi bowl.

Freshest sushi I have had in Fort Wayne at Sapporo Japanese Restaurant. The omakase was an incredible value. Chef clearly sources quality fish and the presentation was beautiful.
