One year with Self Heating. Furnace performed flawlessly through winter, AC tune-up is done for summer. They call to remind us about seasonal maintenance. $110 per tune-up, $180 for the annual plan. Marietta weather swings 100 degrees between seasons — reliable HVAC is non-negotiable.

Called Self Heating back for the spring AC tune-up. $110 for a full inspection and tune-up. They cleaned the condenser coils, checked refrigerant, and replaced the filter. Marietta summers are brutal and our system is ready. The furnace they installed last year performed flawlessly all winter.

Self Heating came out during the January ice storm when our furnace died. Emergency service at 9pm, had it running by midnight. $280 for the repair — igniter replacement. Marietta gets surprisingly cold and Self responds when you need them. Now on their annual maintenance plan.
