Weird burning smell coming from the vents when heat kicked on. Turned out to be dust buildup on the heat strips from the AC season. They cleaned it all out. Easy fix but scary smell.

Signed up for their maintenance plan - they come twice a year to check everything. Found a cracked heat exchanger last winter that could have been dangerous. Pays for itself in peace of mind.

Self Heating & Cooling came through when two other companies canceled on me. Same-week appointment, showed up on time, did excellent work. Sometimes the best recommendation comes from a company that just shows up and does the job right.
