Sepia does refined New American cuisine in a gorgeous Randolph Row space. The seasonal tasting menu is $95 for 5 courses. The duck breast with cherry gastrique was the highlight. Wine pairings are thoughtfully chosen. This is the kind of restaurant that makes Chicago a food capital. Reservations essential.
