The ribeye at Sunset Alehouse is dry-aged 28 days and the difference is immediately apparent. Perfect crust from the grill, pink in the center, and the compound butter melts right in. Best steak in Issaquah.

Sunset Alehouse does a perfect filet mignon. Tenderness level is incredible and the truffle mac and cheese side is decadent. The sommelier helped us pick the perfect Cabernet for the meal.

The bone-in New York strip at Sunset Alehouse is my favorite cut of beef I have ever eaten. The garlic mashed potatoes and creamed spinach sides are steakhouse classics done right.

Good steakhouse in Issaquah. Sunset Alehouse has solid cuts at fair prices compared to other steakhouses. The lobster bisque starter is worth ordering and the staff is knowledgeable.

Sunset Alehouse is an underrated gem in Issaquah for steak. The wagyu flat iron is incredible value and the cocktail program is surprisingly excellent. Skip the flashier spots and come here.
