Best kept secret in Happy Valley for Japanese food. Sushi & Maki Restaurant does not cut corners on ingredients and the attention to detail shows in every dish. Try the chirashi bowl.

Freshest sushi I have had in Happy Valley at Sushi & Maki Restaurant. The omakase was an incredible value. Chef clearly sources quality fish and the presentation was beautiful.

The ramen at Sushi & Maki Restaurant is the best in Happy Valley. Rich tonkotsu broth that has been simmering all day, perfect soft-boiled egg, and tender chashu pork. Worth every penny.

Went for happy hour at Sushi & Maki Restaurant and the half-price rolls were exceptional. The spicy tuna crunch roll is a must. Great sake selection and knowledgeable staff.

Solid Japanese food at Sushi & Maki Restaurant. The bento lunch special is great value and the miso soup is excellent. Sushi rolls are fresh and generously portioned.
