That's Amore does handmade pasta and wood-fired pizza in a cozy Capitol Hill space. The cacio e pepe is $18 and perfect. BYOB on Tuesdays with no corkage fee. The tiramisu is the best in Seattle. Reservations recommended, intimate 30-seat dining room. Feels like a trattoria in Rome.
