Tin Shed Garden Cafe is a Portland institution. The potato cake breakfast is legendary. Everything is locally sourced, portions are huge. $14-18 for brunch entrees. Expect a 30-45 minute wait on weekends but the garden patio is worth it. Dog-friendly.
