The ramen at Umi Fort Wayne is the best in Fort Wayne. Rich tonkotsu broth that has been simmering all day, perfect soft-boiled egg, and tender chashu pork. Worth every penny.

Went for happy hour at Umi Fort Wayne and the half-price rolls were exceptional. The spicy tuna crunch roll is a must. Great sake selection and knowledgeable staff.

Special occasion dinner at Umi Fort Wayne was perfect. The wagyu nigiri melted in my mouth and the Japanese whisky selection is impressive. Worth every dollar for a special night.

Solid Japanese food at Umi Fort Wayne. The bento lunch special is great value and the miso soup is excellent. Sushi rolls are fresh and generously portioned.

Best kept secret in Fort Wayne for Japanese food. Umi Fort Wayne does not cut corners on ingredients and the attention to detail shows in every dish. Try the chirashi bowl.

Freshest sushi I have had in Fort Wayne at Umi Fort Wayne. The omakase was an incredible value. Chef clearly sources quality fish and the presentation was beautiful.
