The ramen at Umi Sushi is the best in Garland. Rich tonkotsu broth that has been simmering all day, perfect soft-boiled egg, and tender chashu pork. Worth every penny.

Went for happy hour at Umi Sushi and the half-price rolls were exceptional. The spicy tuna crunch roll is a must. Great sake selection and knowledgeable staff.

Solid Japanese food at Umi Sushi. The bento lunch special is great value and the miso soup is excellent. Sushi rolls are fresh and generously portioned.

Best kept secret in Garland for Japanese food. Umi Sushi does not cut corners on ingredients and the attention to detail shows in every dish. Try the chirashi bowl.
