A Dopo Sourdough Pizza has the most authentic pasta I have had outside of Italy. The carbonara is made tableside and the portions are generous. Great wine list too. Knoxville is lucky to have this place.

Ordered the lasagna and tiramisu at A Dopo Sourdough Pizza and both were outstanding. The sauce is housemade and you can taste the difference. Cozy atmosphere, great for date night.

I have been to a lot of Italian places in Knoxville and A Dopo Sourdough Pizza is at the top. Fresh ingredients, perfect al dente pasta, and the bread service is complimentary. Highly recommend.

The wood-fired pizza at A Dopo Sourdough Pizza is worth the drive. Thin crust, quality toppings, and the bruschetta appetizer is a must-order. Service was attentive and friendly.

Decent Italian food at A Dopo Sourdough Pizza. The penne arrabbiata had a nice kick and the cannoli was fresh. A bit noisy on weekends but the food makes up for it.
