Alki Construction installed a ductless mini-split heat pump system in our 1920s West Seattle craftsman. $6,800 for 3-zone system. Seattle is pushing heat pump adoption and Alki knows the technology. Our gas bill dropped to near zero. They handled the PSE rebate application. Clean, professional install.
