I manage three properties and they handle maintenance for all of them. The consistency across different job types and different locations tells me their systems and training are solid.

Thermostat was reading 78 but the house felt way hotter. Tech found the sensor was off and the refrigerant was a pound low. Quick fix but wouldnt have known without calling.

My property manager now uses them exclusively for all our rental units. When a property manager trusts a single contractor for everything, that is the strongest endorsement there is.

My neighbor used a different company for the same job and paid more for worse results. I have been telling everyone on our block about these guys. You will not be disappointed.

We called multiple companies and they were the only ones who could come out the same week. Glad we went with them because the work quality was excellent and the price was fair.

Response from Northwest Mechanical

Wow, thank you! Our team will be so happy to read this. Reviews like yours make it all worthwhile.

I appreciate that they follow up after the job to make sure everything is holding up. That kind of care is what earns repeat customers. Already have them on speed dial for next time.

Furnace was making a weird noise. Tech came out diagnosed it pretty quick - bad inducer motor. Had the part on the truck which was nice. Fixed same visit.
