AC wasnt blowing cold. Tech found the refrigerant was low which means theres a leak somewhere. Added some to get us through the weekend and came back Monday to fix the leak. Honest approach.

Weird burning smell coming from the vents when heat kicked on. Turned out to be dust buildup on the heat strips from the AC season. They cleaned it all out. Easy fix but scary smell.
