Special occasion dinner at Anaba Japanese Cuisine was perfect. The wagyu nigiri melted in my mouth and the Japanese whisky selection is impressive. Worth every dollar for a special night.

Solid Japanese food at Anaba Japanese Cuisine. The bento lunch special is great value and the miso soup is excellent. Sushi rolls are fresh and generously portioned.

Best kept secret in Knoxville for Japanese food. Anaba Japanese Cuisine does not cut corners on ingredients and the attention to detail shows in every dish. Try the chirashi bowl.

Freshest sushi I have had in Knoxville at Anaba Japanese Cuisine. The omakase was an incredible value. Chef clearly sources quality fish and the presentation was beautiful.

The ramen at Anaba Japanese Cuisine is the best in Knoxville. Rich tonkotsu broth that has been simmering all day, perfect soft-boiled egg, and tender chashu pork. Worth every penny.

Went for happy hour at Anaba Japanese Cuisine and the half-price rolls were exceptional. The spicy tuna crunch roll is a must. Great sake selection and knowledgeable staff.
