The ribeye at Connors Steak & Seafood is dry-aged 28 days and the difference is immediately apparent. Perfect crust from the grill, pink in the center, and the compound butter melts right in. Best steak in Knoxville.

Connors Steak & Seafood does a perfect filet mignon. Tenderness level is incredible and the truffle mac and cheese side is decadent. The sommelier helped us pick the perfect Cabernet for the meal.

The bone-in New York strip at Connors Steak & Seafood is my favorite cut of beef I have ever eaten. The garlic mashed potatoes and creamed spinach sides are steakhouse classics done right.

Good steakhouse in Knoxville. Connors Steak & Seafood has solid cuts at fair prices compared to other steakhouses. The lobster bisque starter is worth ordering and the staff is knowledgeable.
