Founded by Shawna Cordell, the sun-drenched, spacious 4,000 sq. ft. loft has 12 huge windows, plenty of fresh air, beautiful locker rooms with showers, and a training floor with all the equipment necessary to get the results you're looking for – in an inspiring, discreet, private, focused setting. Shawna Cordell is your partner in making results happen.
