They are one of the only facilities on the Lower East Side of New York City to provide independent personal training space to all certified and insured trainers. They also offer studio rental for various activities and events, including fitness classes, dance rehearsals, martial arts classes, birthday parties, and more. Their facility is open 24 hours, Monday through Saturday, and on Sundays from 8 AM to 9 PM.
