Our second anniversary dinner at Estiatorio Milos. The fish display lets you pick your own — the red snapper was $55 and flawless. Paired with a Greek Assyrtiko wine, it was perfection. The Cosmopolitan location adds to the luxury. This is our annual splurge and it never disappoints.

Third annual dinner at Estiatorio Milos at the Cosmo. Tried the grilled octopus this time — $38 and perfectly tender. The sommelier paired it with an Assyrtiko that made both flavors sing. This is our Las Vegas anniversary tradition now. Three years, three perfect meals.

Estiatorio Milos at the Cosmopolitan serves the freshest seafood in Las Vegas. The whole branzino is $42 and perfectly prepared. The fish market display lets you pick your fish. Expensive but legitimately world-class Greek seafood. Save this for a special occasion.
