About Heart and Light Yoga
Heart and Light Yoga has created a safe and supportive community for individuals to explore their potential on and off the mat, offering a variety of classes for all levels. Our studio offers classes for all levels including Vinyasa flow, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Hot yoga, Ashtanga, Prenatal, and meditation. Classes are led by certified instructors who provide modifications for beginners and challenges for advanced practitioners. First class is free for new students. Monthly unlimited memberships, class packs, and drop-in rates available. Private sessions and corporate wellness programs offered. Our heated studio maintains optimal temperature and humidity for each class style. Proudly serving Old Hickory and Middle Tennessee.
