Shakti Power Yoga is a women-owned business by two sisters, offering a space to tap into the powerful, creative energy inside each of us, focusing on building strength, balance, and flexibility through sustainable and energizing yoga practices. Our studio offers classes for all levels including Vinyasa flow, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Hot yoga, Ashtanga, Prenatal, and meditation. Classes are led by certified instructors who provide modifications for beginners and challenges for advanced practitioners. First class is free for new students. Monthly unlimited memberships, class packs, and drop-in rates available. Private sessions and corporate wellness programs offered. Our heated studio maintains optimal temperature and humidity for each class style. Proudly serving Nashville and Middle Tennessee.
