The brisket at JPs Wimberley BBQ is smoked low and slow for 18 hours and it shows. Perfect bark, incredible smoke ring, and melts in your mouth. Best BBQ in Wimberley period.

Ribs at JPs Wimberley BBQ fall off the bone but still have the right amount of chew. The housemade sauce is tangy and sweet. Get there early because they sell out by 2pm most days.

Tried the BBQ sampler at JPs Wimberley BBQ and every meat was cooked to perfection. The pulled pork was juicy, the sausage had a great snap, and the sides are incredible. Worth the wait in Wimberley.
