Founded in 2020 by local resident Kelly Evers, Kelly's Hill Country BBQ offers authentic, low and slow, pit-smoked Central Texas BBQ. Signature dishes include brisket, ribs, turkey, pulled pork, sausage, and pork belly, all cooked over post oak wood. The casual, pet-friendly atmosphere features outdoor seating, making it ideal for families and groups. Catering services are available for events of all sizes.

The brisket at Kelly's Hill Country BBQ is smoked low and slow for 18 hours and it shows. Perfect bark, incredible smoke ring, and melts in your mouth. Best BBQ in Wimberley period.

Ribs at Kelly's Hill Country BBQ fall off the bone but still have the right amount of chew. The housemade sauce is tangy and sweet. Get there early because they sell out by 2pm most days.

Tried the BBQ sampler at Kelly's Hill Country BBQ and every meat was cooked to perfection. The pulled pork was juicy, the sausage had a great snap, and the sides are incredible. Worth the wait in Wimberley.

Kelly's Hill Country BBQ is our tailgate and family gathering BBQ spot in Wimberley. They do large orders with notice and the meat is always consistent. The burnt ends are a must-order.

Good BBQ spot in Wimberley. Kelly's Hill Country BBQ has solid brisket and the mac and cheese side is creamy and delicious. Friendly staff and a no-frills atmosphere that fits the food perfectly.
