The ramen at Little Katana Las Colinas is the best in Irving. Rich tonkotsu broth that has been simmering all day, perfect soft-boiled egg, and tender chashu pork. Worth every penny.

Went for happy hour at Little Katana Las Colinas and the half-price rolls were exceptional. The spicy tuna crunch roll is a must. Great sake selection and knowledgeable staff.

Solid Japanese food at Little Katana Las Colinas. The bento lunch special is great value and the miso soup is excellent. Sushi rolls are fresh and generously portioned.

Best kept secret in Irving for Japanese food. Little Katana Las Colinas does not cut corners on ingredients and the attention to detail shows in every dish. Try the chirashi bowl.

Freshest sushi I have had in Irving at Little Katana Las Colinas. The omakase was an incredible value. Chef clearly sources quality fish and the presentation was beautiful.
