Freshest sushi I have had in Knoxville at Spice Thai & Sushi. The omakase was an incredible value. Chef clearly sources quality fish and the presentation was beautiful.

The ramen at Spice Thai & Sushi is the best in Knoxville. Rich tonkotsu broth that has been simmering all day, perfect soft-boiled egg, and tender chashu pork. Worth every penny.

Went for happy hour at Spice Thai & Sushi and the half-price rolls were exceptional. The spicy tuna crunch roll is a must. Great sake selection and knowledgeable staff.

Solid Japanese food at Spice Thai & Sushi. The bento lunch special is great value and the miso soup is excellent. Sushi rolls are fresh and generously portioned.

Best kept secret in Knoxville for Japanese food. Spice Thai & Sushi does not cut corners on ingredients and the attention to detail shows in every dish. Try the chirashi bowl.
