The Firefly/Marble City Kitchen does pancakes better than anyone in Knoxville. Thick, fluffy, and the berry compote is housemade. The coffee is locally roasted and the service is warm and cheerful.

The breakfast burrito at The Firefly/Marble City Kitchen is massive and loaded with scrambled eggs, chorizo, peppers, and cheese. The green chile sauce on top is incredible. Best breakfast value in Knoxville.
