The eggs benedict at Bruncheon Las Colinas is the best in Irving. Perfect hollandaise, thick-cut Canadian bacon, and the English muffin is toasted just right. Worth the weekend wait.

Bruncheon Las Colinas does pancakes better than anyone in Irving. Thick, fluffy, and the berry compote is housemade. The coffee is locally roasted and the service is warm and cheerful.

The breakfast burrito at Bruncheon Las Colinas is massive and loaded with scrambled eggs, chorizo, peppers, and cheese. The green chile sauce on top is incredible. Best breakfast value in Irving.

Good breakfast spot in Irving. Bruncheon Las Colinas has solid omelets and the home fries are crispy. Coffee is always fresh and the staff is friendly even during the busy morning rush.
