Knife Italian Steak has the most authentic pasta I have had outside of Italy. The carbonara is made tableside and the portions are generous. Great wine list too. Irving is lucky to have this place.

Ordered the lasagna and tiramisu at Knife Italian Steak and both were outstanding. The sauce is housemade and you can taste the difference. Cozy atmosphere, great for date night.

I have been to a lot of Italian places in Irving and Knife Italian Steak is at the top. Fresh ingredients, perfect al dente pasta, and the bread service is complimentary. Highly recommend.

The wood-fired pizza at Knife Italian Steak is worth the drive. Thin crust, quality toppings, and the bruschetta appetizer is a must-order. Service was attentive and friendly.

Decent Italian food at Knife Italian Steak. The penne arrabbiata had a nice kick and the cannoli was fresh. A bit noisy on weekends but the food makes up for it.
